Doctor is rude and unprofessional was on his phone while I was in the chair just sitting there waiting on him to be done using his phone. Front desk and, assistants where good they did provide me with good customer service.

They take FOREVER to get what you need. It took me more than 3 months to finally get my prescription, just the document not the actual lenses, they always said it will take 1-2 weeks it would be over a month and nothing was ready. So I took the prescription to Walmart and it was not only cheaper but I received my lenses in 2 weeks. I have been coming here for 3-4 years and it was always the same problemAlso they need to clean this place just look at their restroom. So, definitely my last time here.. P.S dont leave people on the phone on hold and after a while hang up on them, thats very unprofessional.

Very rude receptionist / staff . The girl who answered my call a few minutes ago was not professional at all , ghetto ! Dollar store personal , McDonalds employees way more educated and professional than that girl . Hope a manager reads this post and does something good about it . I called them back to cancel my appointment. I was not going to go to a place that treated me wrong since the very beginning .

I'm sure the doctor is great but the person I just spoke with over phone to make appt NEEDS ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SUCKS! She is there to collect a check not trying to work and be PROFESSIONAL at all. Good luck to keeping this place open.

I brought my son (he is 8) 3 months ago to get a pair of glasses. They said it will be extra to pick frames without a rim. I paid an extra $100 to get the better lenses. The second day of wearing the glasses they became loose. I asked for a refund they said they could not refund me since the work was already done. I took the glasses back up there to resolve the issue and they sent them off. We were waiting about a week to get them fixed and once we got them back the same issue happened again. The direct manager is suppose to be the one resolving this issue and says its being taken care of. She said she was ordering new frames to pick from but they are only offering me frames way lower than the price I originally paid for. I settled and have been waiting a month to have a call back to go and pick new frames. I called two weeks ago they said the frames were not in. I called again today two weeks later to get an update and the manager had somebody else call me to give me an update not being aware of the big issue behind this and had no resolution or answers for my questions. My sons school has been complaining that he cannot see the board and I have stressed this to Truevision so many times and they do not seem to care. As of today they told me I still have to wait another week for my son to even have the possibility of getting new frames. That means a month and a half of not being able to see and they couldnt even give me a refund. Worst place to go to I would definitely recommend calling around before you settle for such a selfish and careless facility to get help for your medical needs. They do not care at all. They will just take your money and use you insurance, regardless if it was Medicaid or not I still paid over $100 and still my son is struggling in school due to trusting this office. I wish I never listened to my sons practitioner for recommending this helpless place.
