The staff at Frontline was great from the moment I walked in on 2/27. Yadira, checked me in in less than 15 min. Cheryl, my nurse, was amazing and kind. She even administered a shot I didn't even feel. Great skills. Dr. Kissinglin, was very professional and knowledgeable. Felt like I was heard and my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Frontline ER.

Don't let the good reviews fool you, I went to this place because of the reviews and I can tell you first hand that these people are incompetent and completely worthless. I am now left with permanent facial scaring because of these people. The interactions with staff were extremely awkward and cold. I'm pretty sure my luggage gets the same care and attention from the baggage handlers at the airport as I received here. Do not go here, go to the hospital with real doctors.

Very polite , professional , and time efficient. I went in late tonight to seek treatment for my injured foot and they gave me a thorough examination but ended up not charging me because they had to refer me to a specialist.

It's not the ER facility at this location that is disappointing. It's the Pain Management! They are terrible. From the Dr's to the staff. If you are injured and are going through a lawyer and they send you here for Pain Management, it's the worst experience ever. They don't care about their patients. They let you suffer without medication even when they know you need it. They call in the medication when they feel like it, even if you run out of it and are in pain. You can call them multiple times and leave messages and they will call back when they feel like it. I have seen my loved one in pain, since he is not able to get surgery he depends on his meds for his pain. You would think these pain management Dr's are on top of it and make sure your refills are filled on time. They are not on top of it, you can run out of your meds and they will take forever to fill your prescription. They don't have patient/Dr relationships, your really not important to them. I don't know how the lawyers find these Dr's/Staff to help patients but they are terrible. if your set for an appointment to get injections and your scheduled for a certain time, be prepared to be waiting hours and hours. Dr, will see you when he sees you. They make you wait till he gets there. So i highly recommend if you are coming here due to a wreck or accident or whatever situation is. I suggest you go elsewhere. The pain management team don't care about the patients they are supposed to be helping.
