They make you pay even if they dont do their job and then they blame it on you. They couldnt get rid of a stain and they said it was my fault because I already tried to clean it before, still asking to be paid. In the past, cleaners I used would check the stain and give me a discount/not charge me if they couldnt do the job , or at least would tell me right away if it was probably not going to work. The owner should check and tell you upfront what they can or cannot do, allowing you to make an informed decision. Their business model is about delivering a service not trying to.

Stay away. I was a long time customer here for the past few years and they have now burned or messed up my expensive clothes. Previous family owner understood the first time and compensated me majority but not the whole thing which I appreciated. Go back 15 months later they do it again and this time the new family owners pretty much called me a liar and said I brought the same pant back from 15 months ago. I told him that as a business owner myself I would never do that to someone else and urged him To reconsider. He didnt want to listen. Something to point out is they never gave me the pant they burned back 15 months ago to bring back. The Dry Cleaning business is not the same as it was before and these type of owners are the ones you want to stay away from. Plenty of other options to find good human beings that at least that understand this business is about long term and to own up to their own mistakes.
