Came to this establishment since the reviews were great. 2/3 times I entered this place I was greeted with an annoyed face and the question phone number?. I left two jackets and a tie, when I left them, they didnt even asked what services I wanted. They just told me to pick it up two days later after 5:00. After those two days, I went back around 5:10 and with their exceptional customer service they informed me that my clothes were not ready and that the official pick up time is 5:30 (like it was my fault), even when the ticket says 5:00. Since I had an appointment I had to go back the next day. Two days later when I took one of the jackets out of the plastic I realized that it was ripped from the inside pocket. Avoid this place at all cost.
