Bad service. I took our shirts and I received them with a lot of fluff and wrinkled spots and a very marked neck. I told the owner and the only thing she did was take out a tape roller to remove some of the fluff that didn't look good and I asked for a refund of my money and she didn't want to, she said that her policy was not to return the money and that they would wash my clothes again but it was something I needed for the next day and she would have it until after eight. And I asked for a refund and she left me talking to myself and went behind the store where I couldn't continue talking to her. They just lost a customer. I give her zero stars. Think before you take your clothes there.

Decided to get my wedding dress cleaned here based on a review of another bride who had a good experience with her dress also. Even though I waited over a year to get my dress cleaned, they did an amazing job with a quick turn around for me! They even offer box preservation - my dress was packaged beautifully and compactly even though it was a big A-line lace/tulle dress. Will definitely make it easier to store/ship (if I sell it one day)! They seemed experienced, were responsive, and super friendly throughout the process! Very fair prices too. Would recommend to any bride/person for dry cleaning needs!

Clean Care Cleaners did a great job with my wedding dress! It was a fast and easy process from start to finish. Anna was so helpful and sweet! My wedding dress was pretty dirty and I had waited a year to get it cleaned, but they did an amazing job with getting all the stains out. They had a promotion for preservation boxes, which makes storing my dress a lot easier. We love supporting local businesses, especially ones with great service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
