        I came in with daughter and 2yr old grandson, he was excited about the pancakes. Our reason for coming and I was taken to so many unnecessary changes. The ad simply says unlimited and the server took us thru so much other than serving us what we asked for and to be done. She wanted me to quote everything from the ad in other to receive the special.. I was so frustrated and wanted to just leave but my grandbaby wanted pancakes..

        We came in at 2:00 am. Food was hot and delicious! Bruno gave us top tier service and took care of us. Only downside is that you can probably hear everyone's conversation in the room.

        It's okay enough food with pretty bad service.ive been here a few times in the last month. I usually walk in and no one is up front. Not a big deal if it takes a minute I understand they must clean and have other duties wether there is customers or not. I just don't like it when we make eye contact and they walk by me, pick up a broom walk back by me and start sweeping the floor.another guy walked away a minute ago too but I think maybe he thought sweeper guy was going to service me so they could have been a mistake. Either way this second guy I spoke of probably came back about 4 minutes later(I know 4 minutes doesn't sound long...but actually try it, goto a restraunt with a stopwatch and imagine waiting a real and awkward 4 minutes up there) The food is good enough, it's a 24/7 breakfast chain. I love the pancakes not because they are the best pancakes but because they are just pancakes. I'm not paying for a bunch of stuff I don't want. Usually just get pancakes. Nothing wrong with the syrup in my eyes, quite good actually not too sweet like alot of bottle stuff. Don't come here for great food and service. Come here late because your drunk and hungry. (It seems like maybe there's some management issues I don't think this is all to blame on lazy employees,I overheard some employee talk about how there wasn't enough help on some night and then she was told she was not cleaning enough,meanwhile she's responsible for every customer.)
