        One star is too high. The worst service and food Ive ever eaten. Food was cold , coffee was empty and I had to ask four times. I never received my toast. Ill never be back.

        omg I had the best experience ever Peaches was the best server ever my food was hot and fresh the store was clean my kids food was hot and fresh I offered her a job she was amazing her customer service was through the roof great I recommend the t bone medium well so juicey this was the best one I had in a long time I will be coming back to this location

        The lady working tonight 04/6/2024 @ 1:43 am is VERY RUDE, unprofessional & seems a bit racist towards me & my husband! Not sure if she was irritated cause she was working alone but the ATTITUDE & hatred was UNCALLED FOR !

        We had an amazing meal here in Dallas, Tx. Our server was Sheryldan F and he was absolutely amazing. Our glasses never went empty and the food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I would give him a 5 star across the board for everything. Thank you for allowing me to have a great meal with friendly people for my first time in Texas! Parking: 7425 Bonnie View Road Dallas,Texas 75241 Plenty of available spaces to park for truckers and regular cars. Very pleasant atmosphere!

        I asked them to substitute the sausage for bacon I heard cashiers tell cook. I got back to work it's sausage & no cream cheese for my stuffed strawberry brioche toast. I call there is no manager on duty until 3pm the following day. I don't eat sausage the toast is missing cream cheese so now I have to keep meal 24hrs take back around 3 to get money back or meal fixed but I'm hungry now. Customer service skills suck no lead no Manger no supervisor I will not be back just wasted 21 bucks the waffle house has better service than this at least they would of tried to fix the problem not dennys I won't be back
