Stay away from them they will never fix the problem they are responsible for. I came multiple times but now I have to find another dentist to fix this which wasnt there before I started treatment here. Horrible experience

I've never experienced such awful customer service. I was sent to collections incorrectly for a $50 bill which I had already paid for! I've called them more than 10 times to get this taken care of but no one can ever resolved the issue. I will never return here and would encourage you to really consider before visiting. What a nightmare!

I love the staff & Dr. Chang so much, I feel super comfortable coming in & they always make me feel better about coming to get my teeth cleaned. Love them! 10/10 recommend especially if you live in the area

I made an appointment with Silk Dental to get my annual exams and cleaning done. When I was on the phone with them they asked if I had an issues to address and I mentioned I was experiencing some tooth pain. After waiting 30+ min in the waiting room from my apt time the dental assistant (who was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable) took me back. He only asked about that tooth, only took images of that tooth and when I told him I was told Id be getting my full exam, cleaning he said it had been booked as an emergency visit.. Then the dentist comes in and asks the assistant to get some peri-ice (s/p?) to which he cannot locate any of, then she cant log in to the computer to show the scan, but somehow she knows I need a root canal, a crown, and a filling for the tooth that I didnt even come in forShe leaves and says someone will be in to discuss billing with me and after waiting 20 more min and nearly 2 hrs since my start time I gave decided to leave and get a second opinion. I want to be clear that the front desk personnel, the hygienist even the dentist were all very kind but it was just being run so poorly and dishonestly. When I went to the front to check a woman named Kayla who claimed to be owner and managing partner asked why I was leaving and I told her my concerns with the wait time, miscommunication in the type of booking and assumption of services. Kayla was without a doubt the rudest person at that establishment and maybe the entire building. She was quick to blame the person I spoke to on the phone. I asked if they could write a referral because I wanted to go see an endontist and she refused, saying they dont write referrals for things they do in house. Then I asked her to share the medical records with the doctor I was going to see and she claimed they only send them on Fridays knowing I made an apt for the next day and she reiterated there were no exceptions. They charged me $70, cant imagine what they are going to bill to my insurance but I have no doubt they will do everything to maximize it. Would highly and deeply recommend you steer clear of this place.
