The daycare driver Mr. Butch doesn't like to wait. If your phone goes directly to voicemail and doesn't ring; he doesn't feel the need to call back again, but waits outside and blows the horn for 5 minutes. Knowing we can't hear the horn from where we live in our apartments. The director Dianne is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, a HABITUAL LIAR, likes to over talk people, Dianne doesn't have respect for parents nor the grandparents and doesn't file incident reports when your child or grandchild has been injured in her facility. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS THERE!!

Please never ever bring your baby here. Everything was nice and cool when my daughter first started at this center. But as time progressed things go worse. Full diapers when I picked my daughter up, unclear communication about the policies and regulations of a daycare center, soaked clothes, soiled clothes, unsanitary changing tables, unprofessional elderly women, disrespectful elderly women, unwilling owner and director. THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD WAS MY CHILDS GRANDMOTHER PICKED HER UP AND MY DAUGHTER HAS UNEXPLAINED MARKS ON HER FACE. NOBODY KNEW WHAT HAPPENED OR HOW IT HAPPENED. NO ONE APOLOGIZED. MS.KANESHA RIVENS (THE DIRECTOR) DIDNT APOLOGIZED WHEN I SENT THE PICTURES OF MY DAUGHTER FACE TO HER. SHE VOICE HER OPINION ON WHAT SHE THINKS THE MARKS LOOK LIKE. WHO DOES THAT??? WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING A CHILDCARE CENTER Please please please never bring your infant child here. When things happen to your child here they never know what happened, meaning they are not watching the babies properly. The owner doesnt care about the kids in the daycare. And the director is very unprofessional. SHE COULDNT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR A WORRIED PARENT BUT CALLED THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
