I withdrew my son after a week because I have to text 10 minutes before arrival and pick up everyday before and after school . This being a new place for a 3 year old I would prefer to at least step into the door way to pick him up until we get familiar. Also its weird that the children have to sit in a chair starting at about 4:00 pm when the latest pick up time is 6:00 pm . They were very welcoming and friendly during the tour but after that they were very rude and not welcoming at all . My son also came home with scratches one day . I can tell it was from another child however notifying me would have been awesome . I would prefer not to read a sarcastic reply from your company but Im sure you will leave one . I would highly not recommend . Thank you :)

[PART 2] The week that I withdrew him he stepped out of the daycare center with a vertical scrape down his left cheek and I was able to see it and asked what had happened. They tried to brush it off saying another boy had accidentally scratched him and they were sorry they had not told me about it. They are always sorry. 2 days later I picked my son up from daycare and we came home to our routine of dinner and then bath time. As I undressed him for his bath I saw a horizontal bruise of about 5 inches by 1.5 inches wide across his little back right above his glute. My immediate emotions were anger and hurt. This daycare center had not sat well with me and unfortunately he had to suffer there. I asked my little son what happened but because of his Autism he cannot tell me. I feel helpless. I contact Breyanna Stevens right away. I tell her as a mother I am very concerned about a mark my son came home with from daycare. She immediately interrupted me, asked that I text her a photo, and said she can explain. She was telling me a narrative that my son was kneeling on the floor that day playing with a toy puzzle piece and another little boy tried to take it away from him. She said the other boy jumped on my son and as the staff were trying to take him off he fell back on a toy barn. Her narrative did not coincide with the force it took to imprint that large of a bruise on my sons back. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I took the necessary measure to make sure this did not do unseen. Thankfully he is out of harms way. I am writing this to warn every mother/parent about enrolling your child at this daycare center. Before enrolling him another mother with a similar experienced had warned others about her child being physically abused as well and somehow her bad review was mysteriously taken off. I know times are tough in this economy especially if you are a single full-time working mother with a special needs child like me, but listen to your gut always!!! This afternoon I get a notification that they updated an incident to the daycare app/portal. They have adjusted the date/time of the incident report in a way that benefits them as a center. Do not trust the care of your children with these people!!

Honestly, the first red flag should have been that their tuition is about $50-$75 cheaper than most places in the area. The second red flag was that they have immediate availability. There is a nationwide childcare shortage and almost every reputable school in the Dallas area has a waitlist. I reached out to this school via email and after seeing the google review about a child having an adult sized hand print on their leg, I told the person I was corresponding with, Tiffany Washington, that I did not want to move forward with a tour. Once I told Tiffany that I did not want to tour based on the google review I was told, "It's unfortunate that you have made a determination on our facility based on a google review. I would recommend you utilize the State of Texas website for accurate information regarding childcare facilities." I was provided with the website to visit Texas Department of Family and Protective Services where I then searched their school and learned everything I needed to know about this school. In September 2021 they received 7 violations. The two that stood out most to me were that they were out of ratio and there was a staff member working without a background check. In July of 2020 they had an inspection where they received 11 violations. In June of 2020 they had 5 violations. In January of 2020 they had 5 violations. Most of these violations were all marked Medium-High Risk Level. Thank you for providing me with the website to view just how unprofessional this establishment is.
