Maximum payment history told me it only goes back 90 days, yet only shows last months and my recent payment, got my car back in 2020 and wanted to see my full payment history,y bank says i made a total of 18 including the first down payment the receipt I have isn't printed clear and handwriting is all smudged plus my payments aren't adding up so I will keep a very close eye on them because I almost have it payed off and I'm know exactly when I will have it payed off but I won't be doing business here ever again, just way too sketchy for me I'll keep this post updated

The company I was with at first sold out to this one and this is the worst financial company ever.Bad customer service and horrible.If I can give them a 0 plus I would.

Very unprofessional and very rude company overall. I was financing my vehicle through another company that closed down I got transferred to texcap. They have caused nothing but problems I can never get a callback on my account from a manager the reps are rude. They give you the runaround and instead answering your questions truthfully they lie. Ive been financing my vehicle through them since 2021 and Ive never got a credit report from them. They lie about the credit reporting but in reality they actually do not report to the credit bureau. Its a money hungry company that looks out for no one and to me its very much a scam. I have documentation and proof of them not reporting to the credit bureau because I have been speaking with bank.

I paid my balance in full and everytime I go back and look it shows a new balance I owe. They keep charging more and more.

If i could give them 0 stars I would 8 months later the car not even in my name and I been paying they want their money but not handling their business
