The way this place is operating should be shameful to the brand. Putting in place trivial rules about pick up appointments that inhibit a person from receiving something they paid for is one thing but to have zero customer service in response is unacceptable. How can someone schedule a pick up through this company's shipping division and still have the driver turned away is astoundingly incompetent. To also have someone be charged fees during this is thievery at best and highly suspect. Get your act together this is a disgrace that diminishes the brand as a whole and should be addressed and corrected in haste!

Charging people storage fees because you don’t want to release vehicles to the rightful owner that has paid in full is sickening... Figure your system out!
