GoodBuy Gear Dallas

I am a new mother who feels taken advantage of by this company and their representatives. After the horrible experience that I had with them attempting to sell my newborn baby items, they chose to stop responding rather than resolving the issue. As a company working with parents, I think it is shameful that they are dishonest and unprofessional, and I am certain that I am not the only person who has fallen victim to their bad business practices. I hope that all moms and dads with similar experiences find the energy to fight for whats right. Due to being a new mom, I initially did not have the energy to continue with my dispute with goodbuy gear, and its unfortunate that they would take advantage at such a vulnerable time. I hope that someone at the company will make this situation right.

Kind of agree with others - THIS IS NOT A SHOP. Theres not even a sign out front, you must get the items from elsewhere. As a local, the appeal was to get an item I needed same day as a parent, not to wait for online shipping

I am rating the location in Dallas based on the fact that this is NOT a location you can physically shop. Although it states consignment shop, they are only a drop off center. Items are then shipped to Philadelphia and I believe Colorado. Items can then be ordered online and shipped from one of those locations. Doesnt make much sense to me but to each their own.

Upon searching for bottles google popped up with a pick up today marking on their listing. So of course I showed up to see what they had for my baby only to find out they only have drop off by appointment. Not sure why youd even have hours listed seeing as its not a store front and everything is by appointment.
