Not a welcoming environment. I went with a friend and one of the workers kept following us everywhere despite not giving them a reason for it. It was very obvious and we made eye contact and yet he continued following us around. Will not be coming back. Great selection though.

Terrible experience.I consigned some clothes and they didnt sell.When they were sent to me one of the designer pants I sent in new condition with tags ,arrived defective with a hole in them.They dont take any responsibility for that.So be careful if you want to consign with them.

Hands down the best selection of high end vintage/designer in Dallas a MUST if youre visiting from out of town. Incredible inventory from my favorite designers like Dries Van Noten, Issey Miyake, Marni, John Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, and more. Staff is also so lovely and helpful! :-)

The clothes are fabulous. I have been purchasing here for years and enjoyed it. What was not fabulous the last few times was the staff. Perhaps its as benign as an unfortunate sequence of interactions, but when it comes to the following, theres a common theme of degradation: customer service, inconsistent information, and a lower standard of mien.
Edit: thank you for your response. However, there is no correlation between the velvet piece in the consignment selection and the reasons stated for my review.
2023: Emma, the manager, is a shining example of customer service, EQ, and hospitality. I can say with confidence that I no longer feel a sense of degradation regarding staff interactions. I enjoy my visits, always find treasures, and feel very lucky to have a shop like VM in Dallas.
