I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not do business with this company! Their customer service is atrocious. A check that they sent me was stolen somewhere in rout to me in January. It never made it to me, and I have been trying to get it resolved for 5 months. I have a locked mailbox so there is no way it could have been stolen out of my mailbox. I reported the missing check multiple times and had they put a stop payment on it when I first contacted them and asked them to do it, the check would never have been cashed. It cleared their bank well after my first phone calls. The owners of the company have done nothing even after I have left message after message requesting that they call me. At this point it is about the principal of them not taking care of their customers. They are making me work with their bank to get it resolved because their accounting person does not have a clue what to do. Their bank has not been much better but mostly it is because I am not their client. Their client is Furniture Buy Consignment. I even called their bank fraud department, asked them what needed to be done, sent the information to the accounting person and she still could not follow the process. The bank continues to tell me that the owners of the company need to be working with them to resolve it, but they will not do it. It is maddening. I will never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well. It looks like I am going to have to take them to small claims court.
