        Nothing is more annoying than when realtors representing a property won't return calls or vms or texts. Sellers beware. There may be lots of prospective buyers interested in your property, but you'll never know because they won't answer their phones...ever. And I noticed the property I was interested in wasn't listed online anywhere: just a sign on the lot. What a lack of exposure.

        BEWARE! Do not lease in a building managed by JLL. They will charge you for thousands of dollars that you had no idea about. They also are rude when you ask about it. Worse customer service in my life!
