Buckle

My friend and I went to northpark just for fun to shop and whatnot. We walk into buckle and she sees this sweatshirt that she really likes. We are greeted by a female associate . She is very welcoming and sweet and asks us our names. She offered to put the sweatshirt up at the front for her and she said she was going to hold onto it. No big deal. She tries it on and she likes it. We get to the checkout counter and she said the total is $70. We had no idea it was 70 so my friend goes I dont think Ill get it thank you though and the associate goes silent and says absolutely nothing back to us. She just stares at us like were idiots. It was like she got mad we didnt want to buy from the store and it was quite rude in our opinion. She didnt say anything at all so we just ended up walking out. Like, who wants to buy a 70 dollar sweatshirt? We were just caught very off guard by her behavior.

Sadly, I dont remember their names but three but I wish that I did but knowing because of them, I will definitely return to that buckle store because their customer service was outstanding they help me pick out two Amazing belts and those three women there made my first time at Northpark amazing just by helping me out. And they were my favorite three people out of the entire mall and my first time in north park was Friday, September 1 they made my day better

love this buckle i always recommend it , best buckle with the best employees. Especially the employe who helped me, Fernando he was nice and super helpful and took his time with me and recommend me stuff will definitely come back .Just ask what you need and theyll do their best to help you.
