        I have shopped here for years, mostly online, and will never be back. Their customer service is abysmal. Terrible return policy that punishes the customer when things go wrong or are not as advertised. Their clothes are quality but arent worth it at all given the rude people and hassle

        Do not order anything from this company online. I purchased an $800 necklace and it was received broken. When I returned it, they emailed me and said that because it was broken, they would not accept the return. It still had the price tag on as well. Very unfair.
