We were seated immediately and didnt have to ask for a refill at all because our server was fantastic. Bri was so nice. We mentioned our sons birthday and got an enormous slice of cake. Excellent way to celebrate!

Ive been ordering from P.F. Changs since as long as I can remember my parents and Ive been ordering for 25+ years. I was told by P.F. Changs if I wanted to get the proper order not to order through Uber Eats even though it cost half the price, then ordering through P.F. Changs last night I decided to order for myself and my parents cause it was free delivery. They not only messed up the order badly they canceled mine had to remake it and blame me for having to remake it, my order still was not correct didnt have the crispy noodles as I ordered and they gave me a $25 gift card to appease me. The price was three times the amount it normally would be if you had ordered on Uber eats gone to the store. I was still charged $4.99 for myself and my parents order when called today. They basically dismissed me and told me the $25 gift card should be sufficient. I highly recommended ordering through Jeng chi or Royal China. Their customer service is very fair and ideal and the price is way better than P.F. Changs. P.F. Changs is more worried about the money than the customer service.
