Just had a spicy chicken sandwich delivered and took one bite and threw up, absolutely disgusting, tried calling several times and they dont bother to answer. You should be ashamed, Ill be letting corporate know about this experience.

I always go through drive through, service is super quick. Staff is polite and they never make you wait. As soon as you get in the window they already have it order ready.

Ordered 2 pot pie fill ups in the KFC app. Paid online with my card, Drove to the restaurant, asked for my order, they said that they don't do pot pies at this location. Asked for my money back, they said they couldn't refund my money because it was an online order. Asked for a manager, and Surprise! no manager on duty. Asked if I could substitute something for what I paid for, and again got the big NO. The two people I spoke to had an attitude and didn't seem to care anything about my situation. I highly suggest that if anybody wants to eat there, I have one word for them: RUN! As fast as you can to somewhere else. This store has demonstrated the worst customer service in the history of mankind. I will not be back to this dump again. Believe me, it's not worth it. They treat you like you are nobody and then give you attitude. If I was the franchise owner. I would fire those 2 immediately and retrain the rest of the staff on proper customer service.
