Jack In The Box

The people at this JITB can't follow a simple request. All I asked for was a teriyaki bowl with an eggroll and an extra teriyaki sauce and sweet & sour for my egg roll. Did I get those condiments? Hah! No way. The woman who handed me the bag barely could speak. Now I understand that you might be hiring people who have a limited proficiency in English, but at least train them to say the name of the food. Of course, I had a number on my receipt that would have worked perfectly. Instead I got "Chicken BLAH" I don't know how she got teriyaki OR egg rolls out of that, but she had to repeat herself twice. That being said, I gave this 2 stars because the egg rolls were hot and the teriyaki bowl was prepared properly. The cooks at this site were on point, unlike the front crew.

Well I frequent this particular JITB because it is the ONLY food place on my way to work and EVERYTIME I go I have them tell me something new about my order. I get a breakfast sandwich and a water. The first few times I got my large water then they told me I could only get up to a medium water. Now they have told me that I can only get a small water. Next thing they'll be telling me I can't get water at all! On top of that you have to be prepared to devote at least 15 minutes of your morning to their inescapable drive-thru. When they great you through the speaker it is clear that they hate their job. I'm pretty sure the greeting they use isn't the company approved one. I am never happy when I leave that place and only return because I have no other options. Don't go there if you can avoid it. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection but be prepared for the worst seevice and longest wait ever.

Beware of this place, I opened up my burger and discovered a large amount of spit. I had to throw my entire order away. They didn't put a receipt in my bag either.

This Jack in the Box is much better since it became a Whataburger!
