I appreciate Sally for coming in on her day off to accommodate me. She was very friendly from the first time we spoke on the phone and turned out to be even more so in person. Sally is very helpful, she goes out of her way to accommodate clients and overall, shes a very positive person.

Avoid this place at all cost! Sallie is the worse, most unprofessional and inexperienced aesthetician I have ever come across. I came to her for stretchmark camouflage and she claimed during the consultation that this was something she had done and was experienced in. Complete lies...I came back 2 weeks later because the color she put was 10x darker than my actual skin color. I was horrified when she told me then that it wasn't a good idea! Really?? Then why did this so-called professional jump right on the opportunity to do this without hesitation and insisted it was an easy treatment?! She tried to "fix" it by handing me an expired sample of hydroquinone...what a joke! Thousands of dollars later and countless laser and removal treatments, I am left with scars from undoing her botch job. Stay away. If I could give negative stars, I would. Thid business should be shut down.

My first time getting a hydrafacial by Sallie, she is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely book another facial with her!

I had my first hydrofacial with Sallie last week and waited to leave a review. That's because everyone feels and looks awesome immediately after a facial; but the longterm value is in how your skin looks and feels later. And mine looks and feels great! Sallie took the time to really see my skin and what I had going on. She asked probing questions about how I care for it and made gentle recommendations for how I could improve my regimine. But it wasn't a hard sell-- which I loved. After implementing her suggestions, I can definitely see the improvement, and so can my husband (who never comments on anything)! I've signed up for the monthly hydrofacial series to keep on track with gently making my aging skin the best it can be. I look forward to Sallie's partnership in that effort. I purchased the groupon I online and was able to book an appointment the next day. Sallie has such a great energy and made my facial experience so educational. I loved it so much I left a member! Edit: If youre someone like me who doesnt do well with confrontation you may want to pick a different provider. I got the membership and at one appointment asked her about a product Id heard about. She misunderstood and thought I was already using it on my skin. I understand the importance of skin safety but I have never had a provider get so aggressive and unprofessional with me. She was flailing her arms over me and raising her voice and I couldnt even leave because I had an active chemical peel on my face. I left her office in tears. Another personality type may have handled this different but Im an introverted person and would not recommend the experience.
