Very mid. They can't do designs and use stickers which looks a little cheesy and very hard to see

Pricing is so confusing. I wanted to buy a friend a gift card and can't find any pricing online. I was told It is different at every store which is understandable. I called to ask for pricing and was told I could come in and look or she could tell me over the phone. They have about 7 different options for a manicure and I have no idea how many they have for pedicures. The explanation for the pricing and what service came with it was so confusing I decided not to bother. Who wants to walk into a place and be embarrassed if they can't afford it? I would never put a friend of mine in that position.

Not the best experience. Spa Specialist was not interested in the task and a few times hurt my toe because she wasn't paying attention. It's an unfortunate situation.
