Frost Bank

Alyssa Espinoza, worst customer service I have ever experienced here. Very rude! Not satisfied with her customer service at all! Please fix this problem!

I called in and spoke with Rhonda who was rude and talking over me and to other customers while on the phone. Denied me an account because she said they are a relationship bank and dont want to deal with someone who hasnt had a bank account in years. I went to the bank after the call, she was ignorant of the circumstances, picking out what she wanted from my wording to determine she does not want me at Frost and nonchalant with no sense of urgency except to get off of work for the weekend. She answered calls while I was in the building rushing people off the phone and careless of anyones needs. She doesnt care about building relationships only receiving a check to pay her bills and expenses.

Rhonda was not nice when trying to setup an account she questioned why I needed more than 1 bank as if it were any of her businesses (I have 4 different sources of income im managing my money provided her tiktok statements claims (thats not a real job) and was in no way seeking to help me this was not good customer service and I think rhonda needs to remember to respect customers and not ask them personal questions that arent bank related also she was more intrested in my insurance job rather than any of my other pay jobs like why does where im working concern if im approved for a bank or not if im showing you my consistent money

The best experience Ive ever had . Rhonda was so sweet and nice , answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable opening an account with them.
