Chase Bank

Made an appointment and got scheduled with one of the notary person Altresa. Went to this location to get my visa document notarized. She was so inconsiderate and unskilled, she told me she wont stamp or sign on any of my documents. She printed out some form and asked me to choose which type of form I want, I said I want to get my documents stamped and signed as notarized. She said I wont do that you, can try with ups, I dont have much idea about that. I can only sign and stamp other forms she downloaded from her system. Please dont keep such notary person if they dont know what to do or they dont want to do the job. Highly inconvenient.

Very poor customer service. They couldn't provide me with my direct deposits numbers. I had to tell the teller 3 4 month, January and February. It's only $10000 every 2 minutes. He'll ask how much is the amount and then I asked not to print a statement and then she prints a statement. I get to a manager and he was his name was Thomas. He was no help at all. This place if I could give it a zero star I would

Lousy customer service, especially saturday they make you wait for an hour and then tell you they another client apt. make you wait forever. Basically lack of coordination and Lazy employees don't care at all about customer time. Park Blvd and Coit has better service. Avoid this branch at any cost.

No system to check-in walk ins or new customers. Had to wait for an hour before somebody showed up to me.
