        Take your business elsewhere! I went to deposit a check and they placed it on hold after continuous years of service through Bank of America this location is the absolute WORST. After not more then 30mins I asked for my check to be given back Stacy Clark and the customer service employee both lied to my face when they said could not do so that the checks had be sent off elsewhere. If I want my check to be returned it needs to be given back. Stacy Clark and the customer service representatives need to be helpful instead of upsetting the customer. They refused to assist me and when I told to close my account they even refused to do so. How could you not let me close my own account? The lack of respect and ill-mannered service is horrendous. I do not leave reviews normally but this was a must.
