When you receive exceptional service, I think it is important to share that with everyone! I went to the bank today to cancel a charge from a music app and Edna Casillas promptly helped me. Every step of the way, she explained my options and any fees I might incur with said options. I managed to cancel this payment service and even recoup some of the fees I had incurred from the app charges. Edna was so friendly, positive, and went above and beyond to help us, even though we walked in 30 min before closing time!!!! Loved the service and so thankful! Thanks Edna and thanks Chase for hiring amazing people!!!!

I had lost my debit card for the first time and was devastated lol.. Mr. Robert Nelson was absolutely amazing! He got everything situated for me, ordered me a card that was frozen themed might I add. He has the best best best personality in there! Thank you so much Robert!!!
