Interurban Building Apartments

Do NOT RENT HERE. I was attacked in the hallway of my apartment by an impaired daughter of a resident, who still lives there. There is constantly vandalism in the parking garage, which you'll have to pay $105 a month for. It is always loud and busy in the area. On top of that, nearly 2 months after I moved out, I'm being charged by Greystar an additional $2000. Utilities are insanely high, because they are managed by Greystar who "consolidates" them all into your rent - how convenient!

This is a wonderful place to live, a quiet oasis in the middle of downtown. One of a kind industrial building with a cozy community space in the basement. Super clean and safe, security monitors the entrance after office closes. New staff is very kind and responsive. The only downside is that our pool doesn't get much sunlight.

The staff ensures that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. The apartments are well-maintained with an efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly maintenance staff. Events for residents are planned reasonably often to ensure that the community has the option to meet and interact with our neighbors. Overall, Interurban Apartments is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a loft resident experience. Our little community in downtown Dallas is truly the ideal place to call home.
