This property is a joke. I've been calling for about 2 wks now trying to lease and no one answers. I've even sent messages to be contacted and no one has. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and it is 9:30am and the office is not open. The door says 9am and the hrs given over the phone says 8:30am. This is definitely a sign that I should not lease here. Thanks for saving me from future headaches.

Happy place with clean and very nice residents for families to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and dwelling architecture is wonderful! All visitors ask about rent costs and how they would love to live here soon! There is a awesome park nearby for mountain biking and getting back to nature! Recommend visit very highly to relax and breath in mother earth's love for her children with gifts of her all knowing waiting to be given to the seeker of all truth that is unfolding in our destiny of the Golden Era now!!!

Ive been here almost 3 years and getting a hold of the front office is ridiculous. No one EVER answers, Your voicemail does not get returned and emails do not get replied to. First year was like grand theft auto, everybodys vehicle was getting broken into. Towing was enforced, however, they pick and choose who to tow for no reason. Residents parks in visitors for their convenience to not walk far from their bldg leaving NO visitor spaces for actual visitors (theres literally like 5/6 visitor spaces for the ENTIRE property, very limited spaces) leaving yoir visitors care to be towed. Cars parked for years without moving and not getting towed. Pool stays dirty AF, Ive only used once bc code compliance got involved but stopped cleaning it once they re inspected (mind you they been closed for 2 1/2 yrs). Its just one thing after another. Sick of this
