awesome staff from maintenance to office stafff

I have been trying to contact the leasing office for a little while now I am unable to ever get to the office because I also work in the apartment industry and since Ive moved in I have maybe a handle full of times been able to get a hold of the office I have been trying to renew my lease dispute the issues with the office and the rude staff as well as maintenance making up a work order (unless. Was placed before I moved in) and entering my apartment with no knock no warning and barging in my home the elevators are either constantly stuck and have to be fixed or the corridors to the elevator is flooded one thing I will say is that for the area at night it is very quiet and I have never had issues with neighbors and the community as a whole is very calm. My only issues have only come from my car being towed on technicality several times and the office staff always rude or unable to Awnser the phone or get a call back . The manger is also very helpful and respectful compared to the other when you are able to speak with her .
