DO NOT LIVE HERE. Terrible management they just want to take your money. Gate is always broken. Noisy not a peaceful place to live at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Couple Things: -Very money hungry -Trying to charge for carpet repair when there is nothing wrong with carpet even after having someone to come clean it when I moved out. I even had a rug on top where the carpet was. -Over charge for rent -Gates broken -Noisy No security **Not the best place to live

Grecia helped me with application of my nice apartment, she is the most sweetest person the way she talked to me with her good reception made me like the place from day one.My best recommendation to to move in at park hill apartment. Thanks Grecia for the good customer care

If I could give -50 stars I would!!!!! DOOO NOT MOVE HERE. My car was broken into 3 times in the month of April along with 2 other residents. The gates are ALWAYS broken during the day and at night if you dont believe me do a drive through and youll see. I have to sometime sleep with my blinds open to make sure I can keep an eye out on my vehicle, I cant wait until my lease is up these apartments are TOO HIGH TO NOT HAVE A SECURITY GUARD. My car should not be getting broken into in BROAD DAYLIGHT. You better have a 24hr surveillance camera on your car if you move over here. Walls are PAPER THIN, noisy as hell and the office NEVER answers the phone. Lol good luck if you move here
