My experiance was great they really was dedicated to get me approve an i love the apartment very nice an spacious i want to give yolundia a special thank you for her hard work an allowing me this oppertunity to have such a nice place for me an my children the whole staff is very helpful an polite the apartments are quiet no hanging out or loud noise i would recommend these Apartments to anyone

By far the worst customer service Ive ever received from a leasing agent/ property staff. Being rude is one thing but hanging up the phone in someones face is a whole different type of disrespect. Please Please Please runnnn from this place; I shouldve believed the previous negative reviews but I didnt think they were true- They indeed are. Molly is a wolf in sheep clothing and the Tina is no better. They never know anything and take forever for approvals even after you pay your money. It is true, they prioritize their friends and family. Please go somewhere and pay more for a safer place and better customer service where they actually appreciate their tenants. Oh and they are independently owned instead of being managed by an actual company so that alone should tell you something right there. No response needed. Im not gaining anything from doing this review and I have no reason to lie.

The gate.. ugh. People rush to get in front of you only to not have a code to get in holding up traffic it's ridiculous
