I toured the model with Alisa & I absolutely fell in love with these apartments. Every member of the staff was beyond friendly & they truly care about our future home being a place to call home.

I have lived at Meadow Parc for an est 7 years. My family and I have seen many changes throughout the years. I am going to give my whole hearted opinion. First, I must say Mr. Amado and Ms. Taylor will always be missed and they were the best Management team. I did not think when the apts were turned over anyone would be able to fit their shoes, and then came Mr. Edward and Ms. Ashley. Top Notch management team, they alone get 10 stars!! Mr. Edward is someone who is easy to talk to, engaging and is bilingual which is awesome for our community of Hispanics families. He has taken time to check on me, which is truly appreciative and that goes along way. I do live with a sick body, so it means a lot to me. Ms. Ashley, she is amazing. She listens and it shows because you can see she is about action and getting things done. She shows that she truly cares what the community goes through and wants to help us however she can. Ashley is welcoming, easy to talk with as well. Her smile alone brights up the place. So glad she is apart of the Meadow Parc family. She has been so understanding with me personally and I am truly grateful for that. So, let's get into this. Some perks: The apts offer after school opportunities for the kids of the community like Ice cream days, after school programs etc. They offer at times can goods and provide information for help with utilities, health and many more things that I cannot think of right now, but trust is all good. Website App on your phone for all your rental needs. Pool with bracelets for residents and their guest and security is there on weekends for safety. Parking: Now, there are assigned parking with stickers that must be provided with description and info of the car that is to be in your spot. LOVE IT! I just noticed since this charge, there are more free spaces because the cars must be updated with insurance and registration. The Gate: They have updated the gate to gain access and you can now download an appt to open the gate from your phone. There is a camera at the gate to see who's opening the gate, which is a plus for security reasons. Security: We now have this. They drive around at night and during the day and weekend you can see them there posted up and at the pool. Maintenance: They are great at turn around for orders to be completed. If something comes up, they will write you in the app to let you know what the holdup may be, like back orders on something. Trash: There is a company that comes to our apts around 6-8 pm M-Th. F-Sun you do this on your own. It's such a nice perk. Bugs: They have pest control come out like 1x a month; they give notice. You can let them in or refuse. Personally, never have had an issue with bugs, Ants once near my patio area and the maintenance had the powers from above poison and they never came back. (remember, you cant help how clean your neighbors are, but personally, no roaches) The Apartment: I have a 2 bdr -I will say for reference the pictures on the website should really be updated. But its basically what you see, except that the appliances are black, except the washer and dryer, they are white. Carpet is like a tan color; walls are tan with a white trim. Some apartments had been updated with wood floors; some have carpet throughout. Main room has a walk-in closet; guest has a regular closet. But it is quiet here, peaceful and if you choose to live here you will be lucky to have an understanding and awesome management team with Edward and Ashley. Great Maintenance, Like Mr.Auggie, he is so kind. Great Security, peaceful in the day & night. Cons: Apts were built many moons ago, so not a lot of closet space;bdrms & 1in the door way. People with pets dont listen to the rules of keeping up after their pets #2. Be careful parking in the street. Many car accidents. Ppl in the houses speed. So, this is my review of Meadow Parc. If I could, I would actually give it 10 stars. I've lived in many apartments and for the price and what you get, it's well worth it. I hope this review helps.
