My daughters and I knew as soon as we toured the place that this is where we are supposed live. We completely love the place. And the staff is excellent and on top of things. We were looking for something different and we found it here!

Ive lived her for a few weeks now and I love it. Everything inside my apartment and throughout the property is finely built and well maintained. The folks in the office, Zeuma in particular, made moving easy and theyve been extremely helpful with everything Ive needed since. Its a quiet, peaceful property with a great location and amazing staff. Im very happy I chose to live here.

Mar 2024 UPDATE: So, this place is still good. However, my rent for my 770sq ft. box of an apartment is now almost $1600/month which is INSANE. With expectations that it'll increase even more in a couple months. I think I've exhausted the amount of money I'm willing to spend on an apartment here, it's becoming straight up bad value. I mean, ffs $1600/month??? And Soon to increase??? This'll be my last year renting here, because I can't justify spending so much on such a tiny apartment. Sorry. Aug 2020: The apartments here are very well made, and the designs can be very unique. Rob is probably the best leasing consultant I've ever dealt with. He answers every question I have with great detail, he's friendly, and he's a great tour guide. I thank him for helping me through this process. Can't wait to move in! Oct 2021 UPDATE: This place is still the absolute best apartment building I've lived in. Walls are thick, people are nice, parking is good, it's close to everything I need, and the quality of everything is still awesome. No pest problems either, which is such a relief coming from my old apartment. I love this place, and I'll stay here as long as I can! Oct 2022 UPDATE: This place is still great. Love the area, love the building, and every problem is taken care of quickly. I had my AC go out because of a faulty capacitor and they came out to fix it immediately. The battery in my door lock died at 12am and they still came out to get me back into my place despite the late hour. They're efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable about how to fix problems and I'm extremely grateful that they care enough about residents to go to every length to make sure we're comfortable. My only critique is that the rent for new tenants here has increased quite a bit, I think the smallest apartment here is $1500/month at the time of writing this, which is quite expensive for a pretty small place. I hope the prices go down as time goes on, but as of now it's waaaaay too expensive for what you get. Overall I'm still very happy with the place and I'll continue living here for as long as I can.
