    Jennifer Thompson, the manager at Luxury Prescott Apartments can be summed up in two words ..Great Manager. She led the way to getting a potentially hazardous situation in my apartment from becoming more dangerous that it could have been. I had a leak in my bathtub which made my carpet mildew and after Notifying her office, she led the way and getting my problem resolved and getting me new carpet. She is firm, but fair in her management skills, which is not much more than anyone could ask for I commend her for her hard work.

    It is true the Prescott Luxury Apartments has had some growing pains with the management change over and staff roll over. Though, within the last few months Prescott Management has turned over a new leaf. In November '23 management hired an onsite maintenance manager, Clint, who has an exceptional work ethic, demonstrating professional integrity, an attitude of determination and an unstoppable dedication toward doing the best best job possible. Clint is always going above and beyond, (even working after hours when his team is not available) to resolving maintenance issues that arise unexpectedly. He genuinely shows a sense of care and compassion for the Prescott community and wants to be a part of the change in making the Prescott Luxury Apartments a happy, healthy and safe home for the residents.

    They got this new manager named Jen about a couple months ago and she is ON TOP OF IT. Yes the prescott has had some bad managers in the recent past, but the company continues to replace them until we've got a good one and I have no doubt Jen will be here for the long run. She's super communicative and always running around the complex. I've been working from home at my computer which looks out my window.... I see Jen going back and forth all day fixing problems for my neighbors and upgrading simple stuff like our doors and locks. The reason I'm writing this review today is because Jen recently helped me with a small issue and mentioned that a lot of people around here complain about everything. I know my neighbors pretty well and they do have a tendency to exaggerate and whine. I think people see the word "luxury" in our complex's name and use that as an excuse to complain about every little issue. However, our apartment complex is just a regular complex with the same normal issues every apartment complex has... which is why I'm happy we have Jen. Also since she's shown up people have a lot less complaints and the neighbors respect her. I think which property manager we have makes a huge difference in the quality of service we get and so Im really happy Jen is here

    Originally I loved it here when I moved in as you can see my prior review but....... . Sadly these horrendous reviews are indeed accurate accounts of renters continued frustrations. I live in a property where the stories your reading of mismanagement, lack of accountability and communication resonate far to well. . The REAL safety concern ----------> It doesn't provide any further security or comfort to their tenants knowing you can google their VIP of operations name with "arrest records" and see this individual has a history of crime (theft, identity fraud, drug possession and other misc activities). It's public knowledge which then begs the question, what background checks are actually done with employees who have access not only to our homes but our personal and sensitive information.
