Really wouldn't recommend living here if you are an adult that works from home or values any kind of quiet. The pool is in very close proximity to the apartments and there is no way to escape the constant noise.People are out at all times of the day, and the noise has been substantial enough to wake me up from a midday nap. It's a very small community, which was nice before there was an influx of people that moved in. Now there are units that have 3 or more people in them and it's added significantly to the volume levels and the lack of parking. Also kinda well known by everyone that lives heres that a lot of the apartments have mold which might account for the musty smell that you can't get rid of. One of the tenants had to be moved apartments and threw away her furniture because it was ruined by black mold. Also, maintenance requests can be hit or miss. I went months with a loud sound coming from my ceiling that sounded like I had a river in the hall. I made 5 maintenance requests that were marked as completed but two of the times no one came out. The pros are that the court yard has a nice ambiance, and apartments are very affordable.

AC issues my whole lease. They were masking the issue instead of fixing it. So you will have to deal with the heat. Leasing staff are horrible with communicating and are quick to go back and forward. They are terrible don't move under Power Properties.
