        This place has been a mess since I moved in. The day I got my keys the apartment was dirty, the AC was leaking, and the hallway carpet was wet. I called maintenance 4 times over the next month to fix the leaking AC. It wasn't fixed until the ceiling caved in. I still dont have a ceiling five months later. Gates have also been broken since i moved in 5 months ago, management won't fix it and there are frequently squatters. Management is impossible to get ahold of and the voicemail is always full.
