Ive been through a lot of BS with this company, but today takes the cake. My rental truck was towed last night from visitor parking for not being registered with a towing company. Management sent an email 2 days ago notifying residents to register their vehicles and provide proof of ownership. I called management and they wont fix the situation. Oh and the number for the towing company doesnt even work! I hate this place. Stay away from all Power Properties. They are the absolute worst

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with I was told on multiple occasions throughout my tour at this apartment that credit checks were not a issue and that background checks for evictions and criminal history were a priority along with making sure the income produced was 3 times the amount for rent I paid an unnecessary amount of money just to be lied to by Lisa who I had to call multiple times she ignored my phone calls, never called me back after I spoke with several of her employees to leave messages and have her reach back out to me, and had the audacity to tell me my application was denied because of whats on my credit report when Ive never had an eviction and I have a 97% completion rate on all of my payments not to mention during her time of ignoring my calls when she finally did respond she tells me after a week of applying that their computer system is down to process background checks but turns around in the same conversation and tells me she has a lot of applications to take care of so shes having a hard time getting back to me well which one is it??? Absolute crooks not to mention the apartment she showed me that she said was ready for move in was already sold after she said it was available do yourself a favor and save your money for a place you feel is actually worth it and dont be persuaded by the nice image thats given off did I fail to mention that I have to wait 10 business days to get my refund back due to a lie that was told I would give zero stars if I could I want my money back sooner than later and I prefer to pick it up I will be speaking with a manager
