Live Oak Manor Apartments

Avoid this place. Found roaches in closet (even one on a jacket) and bathroom over the months, very clean person and they haven't been in the kitchen so it is not due to food. Assigned my parking spot to someone else after 4 or 5 months of living here and then required me to "prove" the spot was mine or I would be given another spot. Walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors and then have the nerve to charge 1400 as the icing on the cake. The only upside is that the maintenance team is very helpful and responsive, big ups to you guys.

unsatisfactory, thats putting it nicely. lived here for 1 1/2 yrs and originally signed with Indio Mgmt. Since Magnolia took over: Ive had my car TOWED from MY OWN spot (I paid for 2 spots when I signed with Indio and magnolia leasing office called to have one of my cars towed FROM MY DESIGNATED SPOT cause they gave that spot to a new resident). The walls are beyond thin. I can hear my neighbors breathe. After getting my 2nd parking slot taken away by management, I parked on Garrett and someone attempted to jack open my hood; so I moved inside the gate to the alley, only to receive messages from the leasing office manager threatening to tow my car that has a magnolia sticker on it. The gate breaks down, the pool was disgusting and filled with algae all summer. The whole area of the complex is not well maintained. Cute apartments, not worth it if this is the kind of management we have to deal with.

So far it has been a good experience in these apartments! Its my first place here in Dallas and it is close to everything

Management has improved alot they communicate well and try their best to complete maintenance request and maintain the grounds and maintenance is always on top of it....
