    Great place to live, staff is great. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly and professionally. I recently had a dryer issue and Richard was able to diagnose and solve my issue very quickly. Very happy overall with my experience here.

    Love love love our concierge staff Jesse, Kerry, and Tamika! They are so wonderful! I always enjoy coming home and passing through the lobby because Im always greeted with a warm smile and hello. They treat the residents and their guests so well, they really make it special here.

    Some pros but too many cons lately so I had to write this. The apartment building itself is great and kept super clean. I love my unit and think its reasonably priced. The receptionists are also always ready to help but I'm not happy with management regarding most issues. When I first moved in there was a gaping hole where my deadbolt was (think they had to break down the door for an emergency with the previous resident). It took weeks to months to fix this hole which should have been fixed before we moved in. I know for a fact that there was at least 3 weeks where the unit was empty if not more. A HOLE IN MY DOOR?????? When I call, no one ever picks up it always goes to voicemail. When I go downstairs to talk to management directly they always say they're busy and that they'll get back to me later - a lot of times don't get back to me and if they do its not until much much later. We just heard about a new parking/towing policy through a third party company which has been close to impossible to register with. I was told I would get towed if I don't immediately register - but this information was thrown at me in the middle of the workday and the rules/requirements of the towing company are incomprehensible. Why am I going through a third party that doesn't even have a properly built out UX when I already submitted several forms to my apartment directly regarding my car/parking. And guess what.... I called management to clarify my registration and no one picked up...lol When I moved in, I submitted my own renter's insurance but have still been getting charged for it for the past 6 months. I expressed this concern both in person and over email several times and it still has not been fixed of refunded. I needed help installing some things in my bathroom when I first moved here which I understand would be complimentary of sorts. I went downstairs and asked if I could get some help and they told me to file a maintenance request - I got a notification saying the request was "resolved" but in reality never received any help or even a response. I will say though, if I have a plumbing issue its usually addressed in less than 24 hours.
