I want the head person of this complex to contact me,I have asked for the number never received a call,my cars have been towed from here more the 3 times rent office says no parking passes, and refused to give me one,the tow people said the only restrictions for this apartment was parking in front of patios but the cars were in parking slots now make it make since we just stopped them from towing the again tonight ,some one will here about this,I have payed more than 7or8hundred dollars on towing now I want my money back

They own several apartments lyric at midtown, vivendo at midtown, echo at midtown and so on. I moved in 8/1/2020. Since I've been staying here my hot water in my bathroom does not work the water is baerly warm, My plugs were not working they were pushed in, and not done correctly could have electrocution myself. Also Their was a leak under the bathroom sink causing my whole floor and bottom of the sink to be wet. The apartment was threw together. They have been to fix my hot water twice it has yet to work. They sneak out without having you to confirm that they are finished or did the work. Only thing is good updated appliance that is all.

Don't move here they will keep you deposit money after you have moved. They will make excuses to when their going to send it but it never happens. They are rip offs and need to be closed down.
