Apartments at M-Streets

The apartment is under new management and the maintenance team is super hardworking. They always come and fix the issue super quickly.

I never leave reviews but i want to acknowledge how the new management came in & literally been working hard since day 1 to change things over. Maintenance team been awesome!!!! Theyre so quick to get things done & dont act like Im a hassle. Thats major to me because I depend on them a lot being a women living alone. They even came and fixed something I didnt even request! They just knew it needed to be done & did it. The new property manager Heather also helped me when she didnt have to at all. I feel so good about this new management.

New management is searching peoples apartments? Threatening tenants that smoke (I dont smoke, but its their patio) seems like they have no respect for basic privacy.

I've been here 7 months now, and have been pretty pleased. Their maintenance system is very responsive, and everyone I communicate with from management is very service minded. Some upstairs noise issues, but that was expected. I enjoy the location, but do recommend not to leave any property outside the doors, as the area can get a little diverse within a half mile radius. Everything in my unit has been working just fine, and no major pest issues, other than one water bug saying hello a few weeks ago, but that was the only incident. I look forward to renewing my lease.

it was ok, but I was very happy there for a while. the fire station can be loud and you can hear people going out. Probably had some vermin and the area is definitely not the safest. The inside looks modern and fun yet slightly cheap. But its affordable for the area. Its central Dallas by bars and a lot of fun outside the apartment.
