Love this property it is by far the best apartments I have lived in the maintenance team and the office ladies are wonderful and always willing to help and these apartments are just getting better and better by the min thank y’all for everything!!! Very safe place to live at and peaceful at night and bright at night to be safe

We have been here for almost ten years and few months now and have had nothing but good experiences. The complex is always well tended to, the office staff is very friendly, and we always had a prompt response on our service requests. It's nice and peace and peaceful. My baby was 7 years old went we moved here and today she's in college. Never had any problem since we lived at Sun Colony. Thanks to Jacques, Tammy ,Nina and all the maintenance team for all you are doing for us. The complex was build in 1971. In 2021 it is our apartment anniversary. Happy 50 years! Go Sun Colony we love you!!!!!!!

I have been living in this apartment complex for 4 years The first manager was great but now since new manager has come everything has changed The sink in the kitchen is leaking and I have been calling and requesting a work order to repair it for many many times I have been waiting for 2 months and nobody show up I call the office almost every week Now they want extra money to repair it That is horrible
