EVERY TIME I try to contact this property my calls are being declined. If you are not interested in providing information in reference to your property just say that. How do you operate a business if you ignore your phone calls

I applied and was approved for a unit about a month ago I was in contact with Liz and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone after I got my application approved. Once I finally got a hold of Liz, she informed that everything was good to go and she would give me a call back with an exact move-in date. Of course, she never called me and I couldnt get a hold of anyone through e-mail. Three days before my scheduled move-in date I was finally able to get a hold of someone else named Elizabeth. She seemed to be the only person i could actually rely on for information even though she was relatively new. She quickly informed me that the current resident actually requested an extension on her lease, which was accepted despite my application for that unit already being approved. So the unit that I was to would be ready for move-in between Dec 9th & Dec 13th now wont be available for another month. Of course, that went against everything Liz and the manager she has been in contact with has told in the few times I could get a hold of anyone. Currently, Im in a position where I have less than a week to move out and no place to stay. Elizabeth was very apologetic and is currently working to find some other option for me. However, theres only so much she can do in this situation. Hopefully, this review catches the attention of someone in a managerial role because Ive tried every other method of contact. Future applicants should definitely be very cautious. I cannot comment on the quality of the units. All I can say is, of the numerous apartments Ive lived in or been in contact with, this apartment is by far the worst in terms of communication.

A/C has been out over a year. Apartment gets to over 84 degrees. Complaints have been ignored.
