Edit 1/29/24 Ive been running my shower for 20 mins waiting for hot water, its 1:07 pm! Something needs to be done about the issue with that! THE OFFICE STAFF LEAVES REVIEWS!! Signed my lease & got my keys today! Everyone in the office is ok, the process was easy. The unit I was leased isnt updated like the videos online or the one I was shown, so dont expect that. which not too much of a big deal. But was is a big issue for me are these roaches! The hot water stays hot all of 5 mins, ppl just let their dogs run out the house without a leash. I moved in 10/1, the gate HAS BEEN OPEN EVERYDAY ALL DAY! Oh and visitors have to pay $4 to park in visitors for 24 hrs. Update: the WiFi service sucks because the whole complex has spectrum. 1/2/24 I havent seen security in months. So expect loud neighbors etc. even tho they give you a paper when you sign your lease saying security patrols 6pm-3am. Thats a lie. Ive called and text security no response. Now not to take away from the little things they do, like drawings, parties in the office. They do ok to try to interact with tenants. Its just the bad outweighs the good. I hate paying my money and being lied to thats all.

EDIT: These reviews are definitely FAKE. This has to be the nastiest apartment buildings. Gate always broke. Kids running in the street. Cars speeding. I broke my lease after seeing roaches in my dishwasher. Wouldnt recommend to a dog. If I could give 0 stars I would. The roaches are INSANE. They dont have pest control like they said in the lease. They do not care about their tenets, they wont with you at all. The apartments are not up to date. The neighborhood is horrible. Its shootings every other day.
