Providence at Village Fair

The price in rent is study going up but there’s no upgrades being done to the apartments. Oh, unless you move out and the prior tenant tears up the place! If your raising the rent then surely new something should be order. There’s never any parking. Cars were broken into in the visitor parking but their cameras don’t work so it didn’t help. This place is meh. Loud music playing in the parking lot area late at night. I will not be renewing my lease!

There is only 1 dumpster throughout the whole apartments and it basically all the way in the back.....if you don't have a car you have to walk like at least 5 minutes to get over there! I dont understand why they couldn't get another one cause I been living here for a year and 4 months and still only 1 dumpster smh.... But I like it here😋

Really helpful.. NOT. called to get info such as pricing and availability on a two bedroom. The only thing I heard from the guy that answered the phone is plain number 1074 and hung up. Thank you.
