Have been coming in here for a few years with all my work.and personal vehicles. The staff here are amazing and only have the interests of the customers. 20 plus years of service to the cypress community says enough.

This place treated me fairly and promptly serviced my car. The staff was friendly and professional and explained the repair process in detail to me. Alejandro the manager took extra time to make sure the fleet department approved all the recommendations needed for my car. Techs were very fast and courteous I can't be more happy with this place and will recommend my friends and family to trust them and bring their own cars into this shop. I wish I could give 10 stars but 5 will do.

I believe in leaving good reviews as well as those needing improvement. I visited my bank and my tires sounded strange. Good year was next door and the man that helped me said he just becqme manager there. He told me he will have one of his team members to check. He filled tires and also scheduled me for a brake change. I had to comment because he was pronpt and professional. Thank you because i also did not know other noice was front brakes. Thank you

This used to be a good location previously. The new manager, Alejandro Lucero, displayed very poor customer service skills. He left the front desk unattended for about 10 minutes, and although we called out for assistance, we couldn't find anyone to help us. Finally, when he did come back, instead of tending to us, the first thing he did was make a phone call. He knew we had been waiting all that time and he still let us watch him make his call. His demeanor looked like he didn't want to be there. Also, the way in which he addressed us was simply unprofessional. I was a LONGTIME customer there, and always had my personal, children's, parent's and my company vehicles serviced there... but not any longer!

I have been going to this Goodyear for years. They are always very professional and helpful with providing information, estimates, and taking care of my car when last second repairs are needed. I highly recommend :)
