Texas RV and Car Care

Brought our Aquahot here to be serviced approx 4 months ago(they are listed as an authorized Aquahot service center), charged us a ton of money. On our 1st trip afterwards it did not work. Took it back. Told us their Aquahot technician could not figure out what the problem was, probably a clogged fuel filter which would be VERY expensive to get to. We would most likely have to just buy a new one. We moved out of state, went to another Aquahot authorized service center. Fixed same day for a fraction of the price. According to this technician, the aquahot had not been serviced. Texasr rv care is expensive and someone ripped us off, whether their mobile aquahot technician or them, but you have been warned. Go somewhere else

After calling and asking for an estimate for diagnosis so I could repair my solar issue on my camper, Ana has now ghosted me on sending me an email with that information so I can supply this to my camper manufacturer. I know its an estimate and could change but its a place to start with my manufacturer so the I CAN GET REIMBURSED! I sent a follow up email and still received no reply. So frustrating. Now I have to drive an hour across town and pay twice as much for the same service. Solarcraft actually called me back, even being on a job in the field, set and appt and sent me an estimate.
