        Have never had an issue until recently. My auto policy got cancel because another person with the same name cancel theirs and they didnt verify the right person. It has been it headache since then trying to get my rates as they were. Also my home policy changes rates didnt change for my new policy, I just got screw by increasing my deductibles and still paying the same. Allstate customer for 9+ years and switching now.

        always a friendly office when i go in to pay my bill, which email had been sent to remind me so i wouldn't forget. love the convenience of how close they are to me too!
