I just got off the phone with Michelle and I always feel like I got off the phone with my sister because she makes me feel like family. She really cares about her clients and wants to keep us safe a protected. She explains my policy coverage thoroughly and explains it in a way that I completely understand. She makes having to deal with "the insurance company" an enjoyable experience and honestly she is the reason I stay with this particular office. Same for my Parents (Dr. J. Michael/Faith Lunsford who even submitted a request like me to stay with this office even after they moved to Canyon Lake and my adult daughter too). Thanks for all you do Michelle!!!
